Planet Sales specialises in bottling non-alcoholic drinks including fruit juices, iced teas, sports drinks and energy drinks. The company bottles products on behalf of some of the world's best-known companies to their respective specifications, along with its own brands.

Quality is taken very seriously and the company currently holds: HACCP Food Safety accreditation, SQF Code Edition 7.2 Quality Standard (since 2001), Kosher, Halaal, NASAA Organic, JAS (accreditation application in progress).

Sizes range from 180ml to 3 litres which are labelled and packed into RSC shipper (standard & shelf ready), wrap around shippers (standard & shelf ready) and trays.
Water

The water used in the manufacturing process is potable water sourced from the metropolitan water supply. This water is passed through a 9-stage filtration system, 3-stage sand filter, carbon filter, submicron filter and finally a double pass Reverse Osmosis (RO) membrane prior to being used in the process. RO water is stored in bulk stainless steel tanks prior to use. These tanks incorporate ozone treatment of the water during storage to ensure water quality.
Hot Fill

The product is pasteurised at 90℃ with a minimum hold time of 15 seconds, cooled to between 79℃ and 83℃ at which time it is filled and capped. Product is then inverted for a minimum 25 seconds and then cooled in the bottle to < 40℃. The hold time between filling/capping and the commencement of cooling in the bottle is a minimum 1 minute. The product is then labelled and packed into cartons.
Warm Fill

For Warm Fill process product is pasteurised at 90℃ with a minimum hold time of 15 seconds, cooled to between 71℃ and 74℃ at which time it is filled and capped. Product is then inverted for a minimum 35 seconds and then cooled in the bottle to < 40℃. The hold time between filling/capping and the commencement of cooling in the bottle is a minimum 9 minutes. The product is then labelled and packed into cartons.
